Ready for Ted™ is designed for visionary women ages 35–55 — entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, authors, corporate and nonprofit leaders — who have platform credibility, an idea worth spreading, and are ready to invest in the structure and insider guidance to make TEDx happen this year. If you've been saying 'I should do a TEDx talk' for more than a year, this program was built for you.
Each week combines a live group session with Toni, structured independent work to develop your talk and application strategy, and peer accountability within your cohort. You'll move from idea excavation through message strategy, application materials, curator outreach, talk structure, and full rehearsal — arriving at the end with a polished talk and a clear path to the TEDx stage.
Public speaking courses teach delivery. Ready for Ted™ focuses on the two things that actually determine whether you get selected: your idea and your access. Toni brings 20+ years of PR-level message strategy and direct insider knowledge of the TEDx selection process — something no speaking coach can offer. You'll leave with both a powerful talk and the positioning to land the application.
The program investment is $4,200. This includes all eight weeks of live group coaching with Toni, individual feedback on your talk and application materials, access to Toni's curator network and insider guidance, peer cohort access, and all program frameworks and resources.
